Q. What does LSArespond do?
A. We help you win more leads from Google Local Services Ads. We integrate with your LSA account and we send auto-responders to your LSA Messages, auto texts to your LSA Missed Callers and AI automation features for your LSA Answered Calls. We also integrate directly with ServiceFusion, sending all LSA leads directly into your CRM.

Q. I don't have the ServiceFusion plan that has access to the API. Can I still use LSArespond?
A. Yes - you can benefit from all of our automation features, without needing the API.

Q. Are the messages customizable? How fast is it sent?
A. The auto-responder is fully customizable, and our auto-responder counts towards your LSA response time. It is sent within a minute - unlike other auto-responders who respond in 15 minutes.

Q. What happens if the lead responds back?
A. If leads respond, we send you texts and emails so you can easily reply, without having to go into LSA itself.

Q. What happens if the lead does not respond back?
A. We automatically send four more followups (if they don't answer the first).

Q. Will my messages show up inside LSA?
A. Yes. The messages you send from our app will show up inside LSA - unlike other companies who do not show their messages inside LSA.
